Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing organization. Reporting into our Director of Marketing, you will play an integral role in creating content strategies to help drive business goals, as well as executing on producing content in multiple formats to help implement those strategies. Job Requirements

  • Bring new, engaging content to life across multiple channels in order to grow Kumo’s share of voice, build on our brand foundation, and attract prospective customers and employees
  • Develop and execute a holistic content strategy to improve website traffic, drive strong lead conversion rates, and maximize platform adoption in our existing customer base
  • Create a consistent flow of communications across web, email, social, paid advertising, and channel partnerships to highlight Kumo’s product offering and competitive advantages while speaking to multiple personas and archetypes
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to develop a full funnel content calendar, addressing a diverse set of needs including, but not limited to, go to market messaging for new products, sales collateral, customer case studies, and thought leadership pieces
  • Identify content performance KPIs and continue to refine the content strategies based on performance metrics
  • Adapt the Kumo brand voice and tone while balancing a uniform presence across all channels
  • Collaborate with our Director of Marketing to develop initiatives and campaigns leveraging content to generate leads
  • Proactively perform copy audits in conjunction with any new product launches, new partners, new verticals, changes in go-to market strategy, etc.

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally crafting content geared towards data products and the financial services industry
  • Excellent written communication skills with a deep understanding of content marketing philosophy, SEO, content promotion, lead generation, and full-funnel campaign management
  • Keen editorial eye, strong attention to detail
  • Solid analytical skills and experience using data in both storytelling and data-driven decision-making
  • A track record for producing content in partnership with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and leadership teams
  • Multiple years of experience with a CRM, CMS, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
